This policy explains how to return Revinao products bought from Scryxellthraxell and how refunds are processed. It works alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Where we ship from
Fulfilment is coordinated from our United Kingdom business address unless we notify you of another arrangement. International returns may involve longer transit times and customs formalities; any extra costs will follow the rules set out in your order confirmation.
Right to cancel (distance sales)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA and bought online, you generally have fourteen days from receipt to cancel for any reason (cooling-off), unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods opened for health protection where applicable). Condition of returned goods
Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in original packaging. We may reduce your refund if the value has diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refund timing
